Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at covenra.co@gmail.com. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Certain items, like sale/clearance items and custom items, are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at covenra.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
